Soundtransit installation @ De Paviljoens

Based on the extended soundcollection of SoundTransit.nl, the installation - created by Marc Boon and Sara Kolster in collaboration with Derek Holzer - accentuates the stories behind the recorded sounds. By means of seven text slide projections, broadcasted sounds and rfid tags, visitors can create a sonic journey through a wide range of environmental sounds recorded all over the world.

Until the 19th of October 2008, SoundTransit is exhibited at Museum De Paviljoens, center for contemporary art in Almere, The Netherlands.
